Hospital Patients & Families

Snoqualmie Valley Hospital

Welcome. Whether you are an acute inpatient or a patient in our Swing Bed Program, we are here to serve you. Be assured that quality patient care is our number one priority. Your care will be provided by a multidisciplinary team consisting of our physicians, nurses, dietician, rehabilitation team, pharmacy and social workers.

Patient Quality & Safety
Shift changes occur at 7AM and 7PM every day. Patient care information will be shared with the oncoming staff followed by a complete assessment of the patient. The nurses use Bar Code Medication Administration. After verbal confirmation of the patient’s name, their ID band is scanned, as is each medication. If the medication has not been ordered for that patient, this system prevents it from being scanned and administered.

Hospitalist
Our board certified internal medicine physicians, or hospitalists, care for each patient. These hospitalists may also request consultations with specialty physicians or other specialists during your stay.

Visiting Hours
Everyday 8am-8pm
We encourage visitors for our patients. If you have a request to visit outside normal hours, special arrangement may be made. Please speak with the nursing staff.

Hospital Cafe
Family and friends are welcome to dine in our cafe, which is located on the lower level of our hospital.
