September 4th Lunch and Learn
Suicide is the third leading cause of death for youth ages 10 to 24, according to the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention. However, it is preventable. Join us as speaker Karyn Brownson, Director of Training for The Youth Suicide Prevention Program, discusses the risk factors, warning signs and how to help prevent youth suicide. We will also have a local mother and teenage daughter share their story about this topic.
YSPP is a prevention education organization focused on reducing youth suicide attempts and deaths in Washington State. To learn more about the Youth Suicide Prevention Program, go to www.yspp.org.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call (425-831-3329 and press 1 for Lindsey) or email firstname.lastname@example.org to create more seating for other community members who wish to attend.
