Living a Healthy Life
A six week program for those living with a long–term health condition such as arthritis, asthma, diabetes, heart disease or cancer. Family members caring for a person with a long term health condition are also encouraged to attend.

Interesting and interactive classes offer ways to manage stress, fatigue, pain and isolation. Other topics include nutrition for better health, managing medications, exercise and how to work in partnership with family members and healthcare providers.

The workshops and participant materials were developed by Stanford University Chronic Disease Self Management Program.
