KEVIN HAUGLIE – Vice President
Kevin Hauglie has served on the Hospital Board for the past two and a half years fulfilling an unexpired two year term. In addition to having been an insurance and financial services agency owner for 22 years, he has also served the Fire Department for 25 years. Kevin received his Insurance and Business Management Certificate from the American College in Philadelphia.
FRITZ RIBARY – Secretary/Treasurer
Fritz Ribary has served as Commissioner of King County Public Hospital District No. 4 since 1997 and was on the original board from 1980 to 1986. He has served the City of North Bend's Volunteer Fire Dept., planning commission, city council, and as mayor. He has 14 years experience in the banking industry, and 25 years in the insurance industry. He also serves on the Snoqualmie Valley Youth HUB board, serves on his church governing board, and is President of the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce. He has a BA degree from the University of Washington.
JOAN YOUNG
Joan Young has lived in the Valley since 1979 and on the Hospital Board for nine years. She is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a BSN with over 30 years experience as a Registered Nurse, primarily in the Emergency Department. Joan is presently employed as a home health nurse with a private non-profit agency.
DAVID SPEIKERS
David Speikers has served on the Hospital Board for the past 1-1/2 years. He has been practicing law for over 16 years and has a private practice in Fall City. He is a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce and is Vice President of the Snoqualmie Valley Chapter of the Kiwanis’ Club. David graduated from the University of Puget Sound Seattle University Law School.
