Safeguarding the Health of the Snoqualmie Valley
The Hospital District is charged with safeguarding the health of North Bend, the City of Snoqualmie, Fall City, Carnation and surrounding areas in part by providing each resident an opportunity for a medical home.

Medical Home
Medical homes emphasizes preventive care while providing resources for those with chronic conditions. Family and women’s primary care clinics are close by while medical care from our regional partners is easily coordinated if needed. Emergency Department services are staffed with board certified doctors.
