Cardiac Monitoring Unit
Snoqualmie Valley Hospital’s Cardiac Monitoring Unit provides focused care with the intent to restore individuals to their maximum level of function and provide education to the patient and family members on managing heart disease at home.

Swing Bed Program
To meet the needs of patients who are in a transition phase of illness or recovery, those whose medical needs cannot be met at home or in a long term care facility but whose condition no longer requires admission to an acute care unit, our Swing Bed program provides rehabilitation and recovery services based on patient’s individual needs.

Hospitalist Program
A Hospitalist provides care for patients admitted to the hospital. They not only provide care for inpatients but are also the primary point of contact for referring physicians and family members. The patient’s hospital experience and their medical care are both improved by better coordination of care.

Behavioral Health Counseling
Behavioral health services are available at any of our primary care clinics (North Bend, Snoqualmie Ridge, Lake Wilderness Specialty and Fall City). The service offers consultation and counseling to our clinic patients with an emphasis on health promotion. Problems that commonly affect physical health, including depression, anxiety and stress, are the primary focus of the service. If you think you might benefit from this service, simply bring your concerns up with your primary care provider at your next scheduled visit. Together you can decide if a referral is right for you.
