Snoqualmie Valley Hospital and its clinics are proud to be founding members of the Snoqualmie Valley Partners for Healthy Aging.
Mission Statement
Promote the health, well being and independence of older adults, their families and caregivers though multi-sector collaboration and cooperation throughout the Snoqualmie Valley.
Goals and Values
Attain independence for the Valley’s older adults.
Provide support for their caregivers and families.
Membership support each other including through internal networking.
Engage natural allies through education, advocacy and external networking.
Recognize the strength and synergies from collaboration and cooperation.
Seek financial stability and sustainability through grants and fundraising.

Open to any individual, organization, agency or company with an interest in serving the interests and needs of older adults, their families and caregivers, in the Snoqualmie Valley.
